I loved using the terrace and enjoying the free WiFi, especially while toasting marshmallows over the fireplace. The nearby airport was also a delightful surprise.
Oh, how annoying it was to have so many options for nearby airports. The struggle of choosing was real.

the cottage itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. From the new appliances to the little extras like games and books, everything was thoughtfully provided. the location was perfect for exploring the town on foot, with restaurants, shops, the train station, and local sites all within easy walking distance. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a delicious cake, fresh flowers, and a welcoming note from the owners. It was the perfect touch to make me feel at home.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Stayed at Vine Cottage for a weekend getaway. Loved the central location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and homemade cake. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was powerful with luxurious toiletries. We appreciated the little extras like tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, and milk in the fridge. Perfect for a relaxing stay in Hexham!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was sick, just a short drive away from the MetroCentre and Theatre Royal. The cottage itself was off the charts, with modern appliances and all the essentials. We loved the cool vibes and cozy setup. Only wish there was a rad game room or chill-out area for us party-loving teens!
We had a blast at Vine Cottage, but we reckon it would've been even better if there was an awesome game room or hangout spot for us to kick back and have even more fun. Just a little suggestion to take it to the next level!

I recently stayed at a cottage in the heart of Hexham and it was absolutely perfect. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the historic market place, shops, and restaurants. The cottage itself was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. Despite being close to a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. As a solo traveler, the small and compact interior was just the right size for me. I loved the little extras like tea and coffee facilities, as well as the delicious biscuits and cakes that were provided upon arrival. The owners truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this cottage for anyone visiting Hexham.
Considering the parking situation, it was a bit inconvenient at times, but it didn't cause any major problems and I was able to work around it.

Had an amazing Easter getaway at this charming cottage! Loved how clean and well-appointed it was, with new appliances and even little extras like games and books. The location was spot-on, just a short walk away from the market place, shops, restaurants, and cultural sites. Despite being next to a busy road, it was surprisingly peaceful. An added bonus was the warm welcome with cake, fresh flowers, and a note from the owners. Wish all rentals could be this great!
The parking could be a bit annoying at times, but that's more of a Hexham issue than the fault of the owners. However, it didn't cause any major problems and we were able to manage it.
